• If your invoice is due to a motor vehicle collision, you can forward your invoice to the registered owner’s insurance company for processing.
• If you are an Alberta Blue Cross member, please contact our office with your group and plan number.
• If you are Medavie member, please contact our office with your group and plan number.
• If you are on the Alberta Works program, please contact our office with your group and plan number.
• If you have Treaty Status, please contact our office with your Treaty number and Band name.
